◆ DY-50 is an automatic mechanical compacting press. The main dynamic mechanism of the press is mechanical. The action of the accessories function is finished by hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
The action of the press is controlled by PLC through laser encoder.
The press has automatic die-set. It is provided with floating die, floating core, and automatic oscillator for powder.
The filling height, die ejection stroke, and under-fill height can be accurately adjusted. The adjusting of the pressure height can be accurately displayed (μm).The number of presses for per minute can be adjusted. The total number of the parts will automatically record the total number of the parts.
The press is provided with pre-pressing and die ejection holding. It can prevent the appearance of cracks in the surface of the parts. The floating die and floating core will assure the equality of density for the parts.The press can make the E tape, U tape and O-ring tape or other magnetic parts. It also canmake upper1 lower2 and upper2 lower2 with double-step mechanical parts, abnormality parts, gear tape parts,ceramic parts and tungsten carbide parts.
Because of the longer upper stroke and the stroke of the floating die, the press is advantageous in making long parts. The precision of the parts can be controlled to within less than 0.05 mm. The press is fit to make electromagnetic parts, automobile parts and motorbike parts, tungsten carbide tools, ceramic parts.
