Shanghai powderpress co.,ltd can offer automatic mechanical compacting pressrotary press, pusher furnace, mesh belt, sintering furnace and other powder equipment.
Our design group is made up of more than 20 mechawwwnical engineering designers and electrical designers. They are working to develop new products and provide technical support. The company has already sold equipment to Japan, USA, Iran.
Development status
A lot of the equipment has been awarded Government commendation, and has gained a leading position among products of the same kind in China.
The press is used in electronic industries (soft magnet, hard magnet), powder metallurgyceramic (element ceramic, piezoelectricity ceramic), alloyelectro-plastic (polyvinyl),  tungsten  carbide and carbon and so on.
The furnace is used in powder metallurgy, carbon and the dye industry and so on.

◆ 1982.4, The powder metallurgy technique institute of Northeastern  industrial college was established by Prof.sun shao-zhou in Shenyang(China).
◆ 1982.10, high temperature(1100℃ ) pusher furnace was produced.
◆ 1989.02, high temperature(1250℃ ) pusher furnace was produced.
It was adopted the appraisal by Liaoning province Mechanical Industry Office in 1994,  and gained the Shenyang award of technology in 1995.
◆ 1992, the 1st 500KN automatic mechanical compacting press was produced in China.
1993.9, the company's name was changed to the powder metallurgy technique institute of Northeastern  University. 
◆ 1993, The joint venture company with Japanese Tamagawa machinery co.,ltd (belonging to Mitsubishi machinery co.,ltd) was established in Shenyang.
◆ 1996, the 100KN, 300KN rotary press were produced.   
◆ 1999.10, Shanghai powderpress co.,ltd was established in Shanghai.
◆ 2000, the 200KN & 400KN rotary press ( with cooling systerm)were designed.
◆ 2002, the 1st 400KN rotary press with 2nd pressing function was produced in China.
◆ 2004, the 1st 200KN rotary press with 2nd pressing was produced in China.
◆ 2004, mesh belt type high temperature(1100℃ )  furnace was produced.
